This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how bookings, cancellations and refunds are handled for consultations with Psychic Shriram. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking a Consultation
Consultations are arranged by appointment, by phone at +1 (689) 305-7225, by email at psychicshriram@gmail.com, or through the booking form on this website. The fee for your consultation is confirmed with you before the consultation takes place, so that you know the cost in advance.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time and we will reschedule you to the next mutually convenient slot at no additional charge.
3. Cancellation by You
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment: we are unable to offer a refund, because the time has been reserved for you and can no longer be offered to another client. We will normally offer to reschedule you once as a courtesy.
- Missed appointments: if you do not attend without notice, the consultation is treated as delivered and no refund is available.
4. Cancellation by Us
If we have to cancel or postpone your appointment for any reason, you may choose either a full refund of any amount paid or a rescheduled appointment at a time that suits you.
5. After a Consultation Has Taken Place
Because a consultation is a personal service delivered in real time, fees for a completed consultation are generally non-refundable. What we do guarantee is the service itself: that you receive the full consultation time you booked, with our full attention and care.
We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, result or prediction, and refunds are not available on the basis that a hoped-for outcome did not occur. Please read our Disclaimer before booking.
6. If Something Goes Wrong
If you are unhappy with a consultation, please tell us within 7 days by emailing psychicshriram@gmail.com with your name, the date of your consultation, and what went wrong. We take every concern seriously and will review it personally. Where a service was not delivered as described — for example a session was cut short or a technical failure prevented it — we will offer a repeat consultation or a refund.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
