Consultations are provided by appointment. Fees are quoted and agreed before a consultation begins. Please arrive or be available at your scheduled time; late arrival may shorten the session. We reserve the right to decline or end a consultation, including where a client is abusive, or where we believe the service is not appropriate for that person’s situation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when contacting or booking with us
• Use the Website and our services lawfully and respectfully
